What makes ON+ON different from a typical agency?
We operate as a small senior studio rather than a traditional agency structure. That means direct collaboration and fast decisions. Rather than maintaining large office infrastructures, we operate through flexible and modern workspace solutions.
How does working in Basel and Berlin come together?
We work across both cities and collaborate remotely most of the time. When it adds value to the project, we meet clients in person and travel when needed.
What type of clients do you usually work with?
We work with founders, ambitious teams, and established companies who want to move forward. Most of our clients come to us when something needs to change: a brand, a system, a product or the way things are communicated.
Do you use AI in your work and how?
AI is an integral part of our evolving workflow. We use it to explore directions faster, build systems, and extend what design can do. Combined with human judgment and strategic thinking, it allows us to move faster and think further.
Do you hire trainees or junior designers?
